Update after a long time

I had been busy. One stone room has been built and RCC, footing, and columns are being built. It takes time to build in the hills. This room is the headmaster's room (12 × 14 sq feet). The footing pit has an average depth of 8 feet! The idea is to create a stable structure so I am using high quality rebar from Tata. My budget is only for four rooms and a lavatory complex with 6 toilets with lintel and a stair case. On top of those rooms, we can have 4 more thus taking the total to 8 though it remains to be seen how am I gonna budget the remaining four rooms. जय श्री राम।
